We take special care in packing live plants to ensure they arrive safe, fresh, and healthy. However, slight changes such as drooping or minor leaf yellowing may occur due to travel stress. With a little love, sunlight, and water, your plant will thrive!
We do not accept returns on live plants, but if your plant reaches you damaged, please reach out to our support team for assistance (we’ve got you!).
Gardening tools, accessories, seeds, and décor items are eligible for return or replacement if received in damaged or defective condition.
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a return or replacement process.
We currently deliver across most of Pune City. If your location is in a remote area, there may be a slight delay in delivery, but we will keep you updated every step of the way.
