At Urban Greenspace, every order you place begins a journey—from handpicking the healthiest plants or products to carefully preparing them for safe delivery. We value your trust and work hard to ensure a smooth experience. That’s why we also want to be transparent about our cancellation process.

🕒 Cancellation Window

• Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them—no questions asked and at zero cost.

• After 2 hours, the order moves into processing and packaging, and cancellations may not be possible.

• If the order has already been shipped or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

• In rare exceptions, for prepaid orders only, if cancellation is approved after dispatch, a 20% deduction will be made as a cancellation fee (packing and handling).

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders cannot be canceled after dispatch.

• Orders for customized, perishable, or limited-stock items may not be eligible for cancellation once placed.

• If your order is successfully canceled, your refund (if applicable) will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
